For a limited time, Pants for Dogs™ is offering Pish Pad-lined cummerbunds. Pish Pad, a three-layer, reusable fabric that absorbs fluid, was made originally to line exercise pens and dog crates. Now, for the first time, Pants for Dogs has married its traditional cummerbunds with Pish Pad fabric to create two styles perfect for male dogs that mark.
Pish Pad has three layers: The top layer is a quick absorbing, no-staining material. Once the surface is wet, the liquid quickly disappears as it gets pulled down into the second layer, keeping your dog dry. The middle layer soaks up the liquid and holds it in and away from your dog. The bottom layer is a plastic urethane barrier that protects the surface beneath the pad from getting wet or stained. Pish Pads can be machine washed or rinsed, rung out to dry and reused in minutes. It will not shrink, retain odor or stain. It will survive multiple washings.
Pants for Dogs has used it in two styles of cummerbunds:
We recommend this product for dogs that mark only. We do not think it is suitable for dogs that are incontinent or normally fill an adult-incontinence pad. Those dogs should stick with our traditional cummerbund.
In size small and medium only. Two fabrics: chili peppers and monkeys.

Measure the “waist” area of the dog — where the bands would Velcro shut around the dog — and match your measurement with the sizes listed. The sizing — because of the Velcro — allows for ample flexibility and a perfect fit.
A male dog wears the size that measures 6 inches longer than his "waist." For example, if your dog's waist is 15" around, he would wear a cummerbund that is 21" long, which is a size medium. That would allow at least 5" for the napkin, the ends of the band to overlap and Velcro to attach.
