Panties for Girls
The panties for girls look like baby pants with a hole for the tail. Pretty cotton fabric outside, soft cotton flannel or microfleece inside to prevent chafing. There is room in the interior for all or half of an adult sanitary napkin or incontinence pad under the tail hole. Elastic around the legs provides a snug fit, and the pants Velcro around with a ruffled waistband.
The exterior is made with washable cotton; the interior is lined with soft cotton flannel or microfleece.
For dogs without tails, panties without tail holes are now available.

Measure the “waist” area of the dog — where the bands would Velcro shut around the dog — and match your measurement with the sizes listed. The sizing — because of the Velcro — allows for ample flexibility and a perfect fit.
If your girl dog’s midsection is 17 inches, she could wear a small or extra small, depending on how long her body is. (The pants grow in length as well as width as the sizing increases.) Both sizes would leave ample room to overlap the Velcro waistband.
